Farming is changing and most farms are diversifying: holiday lets, solar, glamping, farm shops, livery. Each of those needs funding, and we work with lenders who understand agricultural tenancies, seasonal cash flow and how to value rural land.

For equine businesses we arrange finance for yards, arenas, horseboxes, stud facilities and new buildings.

For forestry we arrange funding for woodland purchase, restocking and harvesting equipment.
