Typical schemes are between £500,000 and £15 million of total facility. We work on smaller and larger by exception.

Do I need full planning consent?

For most senior debt, yes. We can arrange site acquisition funding under planning gain or option arrangements through our planning finance facility.

Six to ten weeks from instruction to drawdown is a fair guide. Faster is possible where planning, costs, and legal pack are ready.
